
Refund Policy — Ink in Blood

Your satisfaction is important, but due to the nature of print-on-demand, please note the following:
At Ink in Blood, all of our products are made-to-order, crafted in limited drops, and fulfilled through trusted third-party printers (Lulu for books, Printful for merchandise). As such, all sales are final.
† We Do Not Accept:
• Returns due to buyer’s remorse
• Cancellations after an order has been placed
• Exchanges for different editions, sizes, or formats
Every item is printed specifically for you—once the ritual begins, it cannot be undone.
† Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at grimoire@ink-in-blood.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage or error
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost. Please note: we do not offer refunds—only replacements for eligible claims.
† Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for delays, losses, or theft. However, if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no movement, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
† Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ink in Blood is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Reshipment (if applicable) will be at the buyer’s expense.
† Final Note
These editions are rare, crafted, and time-sensitive. Please purchase with care and intention. If you are unsure about an item, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.
